Based in Dallas, Regency Energy Partners LP (NASDAQ: RGNC) is a growth – oriented, midstream Master Limited Partnership that specializes in the gathering, compressing, processing, marketing and transporting of natural gas and natural gas liquids. Regency’s general partner is majority – owned by an affiliate of GE Energy Financial Services, a unit of GE (NYSE: GE).

Regency also has two subsidiary companies within the midstream sector. Regency Gas Services LP owns and operates intrastate gas pipeline in North Louisiana, as well as gathering pipelines and treating/processing plants in Louisiana, the Mid – Continent region (Kansas and Oklahoma), and East, South and West Texas. CDM Resource Management provides customers with turnkey natural gas contract compression services and operates approximately 568 thousand horsepower of field compression in Arkansas , Louisiana and Texas .
